Hallo :)... just to clarify this birthday mystery ... :)... yes, my birthday was on the 26th. Frank had thrown me a birthday surprise party on the 17th since that date was the only possible one with my friends from Chicago coming in etc. Here in the USA people celebrate birthdays earlier or later or on the actual date :)... they don't have the saying that it brings bad luck to celebrate or congratulate early and he knew about us Germans not celebrating early because of that ;). But he had no other choice so he did it ;)...

Da bin ich ja froh, dass mein Gedächtnis wohl noch funktioniert und Sie wirklich das Weihnachtskind sind, als das ich Sie in Erinnerung hatte. Im Grunde ist es wohl auch nicht so wichtig, wann man seinen Geburtstag feiert, Hauptsache, dass man ihn feiert. Und dazu mis so vielen lieben Freunden... H.K.
