back again
I just played around with some pics and cut out some funny facial expressions of the little one. It's just sooo damn cute when her mouth ends drop down and she starts to cry... even though it's sad that she will cry it's still soooo cute:
yeah, look at my taint :)... it's all the walking outside :)

She grows so fast :(
She grows so fast :(... I still owe you guys the morning video, I know... it's the best.
I really look forward to her waking up in the morning and enjoy her smiling around ready to start the day! It's the best ever!!! Maybe we can get this done this WE... last weekend was just so busy and fun... we totally forgot to videotape anything!
No worries, I only put her in the boppy for a minute sometimes... just to check out how she likes it... I know that she shouldn't be sitting yet ;)

Zoe got attacked by a 2 yrs old!!!
Yes, it's unbelievable but true!!! Zoe got attacked by a 2 yrs old girl yesterday while we were taking a walk! The girl ran towards the stroller, wanting to see the baby and pulled the blanked away and grabbed Zoe (luckily she was buckled up, otherwise I assume I could've picked up Zoe from the street!!!) Zoe just started crying and went right back to sleep. The girl got picked up by the mom right away and had to apologize or she would've had to go on the naughty chair (I guess she's watching the supernanny as well *g*)... well... I was so shocked I talked to the girl in German that it's not a doll, but a baby! Because the mom didn't explain WHAT she did wrong I told the girl that it's not a doll but a real baby. Man, that was crazy! You don't have to worry about the dogs attacking your baby but the other kids!
The other parent told me afterwards that she's an aggressive kid and got already better since her mom is staying home with her (see... again... parenting is the key to it all). I'm so glad I can work from home and take care of her... no matter how stressful it is... it's all 1000 times worth it and I wouldn't want it any other way :).
See the little spots on her left cheeks? The kid did that to her! :(
Zoe is still waking up:
In dreamy land:
I was looking into buying a tripod to hang this swing in because Frank thinks that the door frames are not secure enough to hold her. But it's just so expensive so I grabbed some big blankets and put them under the swing, JUST IN CASE if the door frame won't hold her. But I think we're fine. We had Sophia in my apartment in Chicago on the door frame (and she was then already 6 months old) and that was not as stable as this house (I at least think so). Zoe likes it, the best is if it's moving... I just need to find some alternatives here since she's up more and I have a hard time getting my work hrs in sometimes. The secret is: getting up early, then it's no big deal at all. Today I had already 4 hrs in by 10AM :)... only 2 more to go for today and that's nothing...
super duper catch cushion... just in case ;)
she's almost in lala land :). She's already grown so much :(... it goes way too fast. She holds her head up more and more. Still not 100% stable but she's getting there...
Ok, back to work... today seems to be an awesome day so I can enjoy the rest of the afternoon and relax a little for a change ;)

Little Travel Girl
Zoe likes to get out and visit friends ;)... yesterday we went to the German breakfast again and one of the older kids (Johanna) missed us last week. She asked her mom: 'Where is Max' twin sister?' ;) So cute... because they're both born on the same date she calls Zoe her 'brothers' twin sister'.

A fun weekend
Man that was AWESOME :)... the girls arrived around midnight on Friday and since we had so much to catch up on, we were still up until 3 in the morning talking!!! I ended up with a 4 hr sleep but it was great. Saturday morning Ravyn took a bath:

we had a great time together. Great breakfast both days :)

the kids got along very well

we were all so tired that some took a nap

and we took a little walk. We had some trouble since we needed to pump up the tires of Ravyn's stroller...

So we were thinking about using Zoe's stroller for Ravyn and I could try out the new baby carrier I bought on Friday for Zoe!
Well, we got the stroller ready after a while and took a nice and refreshing walk through the neighborhood

In the afternoon all the guests came for the BBQ. We had a great time...
Sandra and Sandra:
we ended up with 4 kids... Here we have Alexander (8 month) to the left, then Ravyn (1 yr), Nicolas (3.5 months) and our little Zoe (2.5 months)
they were a little confused about the photo shooting, specially all the adults gathered around them and starring at them *lol*
Zoe wasn't happy after a while anymore. Meanwhile Nicolas enjoyed it a lot
Checking out with my daughter what's up...
I guess hungry:
Marilyn with Nicolas and Zoe and I :)... the happy mommy's :)
and Stephanie:
We had so much fun... hope to have the girls over sometime soon. But they enjoyed it as well and had fun so we probably see each other soon *YEAH*. I might also go to Chicago for a weekend, it'll be fun spending some time in Chicago again, specially with the girls.

THANK YOU GIRLS for coming over... I really enjoyed our weekend together a lot.

waiting for the girls
I'm waiting for the Chicago girls... they can arrive now any minute... how exciting :)... I've already prepared as much as I could for tomorrow. We're going to have a very nice breakfast, I already look forward to that :). We're going to have salmon as well :)... while I was pregnant I wasn't allowed to eat it :( now it's time... oh man, I forgot to buy horseradish!!! Well the onions and karpern have to make out for the missing horseradish I guess! See... you can tell I haven't eaten it in a while!
Frank is finally home again as well. The house seemed so empty without him. We're glad he's back home :). Here some pics of our wonderful daughter:

Yeah, this was my shopping result from today! I barely had place on the counter isle when I was done unloading the car!!! Oh oh oh...
Well... 9 months no alcohol!!! Mike's lemonade had to land in my shopping cart and also margarita :) *YEAH*... gosh, I bet I can only drink one sip otherwise I'm gonna be tipsy already! Well the girls are here, nobody has to drive!!! We have to take advantage of that great feature :)
It was funny, another lady saw Zoe on my shopping cart and the alcohol in my cart and said: 'Well... you're ready after 9 month, aren't you?' *lol*... once I knew what she meant with it I just laughed and said: 'OF COURSE :)'

a good night sleep
Yeah, Zoe is back to normal... I guess she had a growth spurt again in the beginning of the week because she kept me up until very late always wanting food... last night she went to bed normal and slept through again. What a great baby :)
She's always so happy and smiles a lot in the mornings, I have to get it on camera but can't do it by myself... so have to wait for the weekend and Frank being back home than he can tape it while I change her... look forward to it ;)

bread turned out to be delicious
Yes, it was delicious, fresh out of the bread maker, still steaming and right away into my mouth *lol*. Well I couldn't wait so long for the bread so I ate lunch and then breakfast... but I do like it a lot better the normal way.
running out of bread
Here some pics from our little bath time yesterday, you can see, she likes it :). Even though when she first touches the water she cries! Weird baby ;)
and afterwards she crashed again :)... good baby :)
So I ran out of bread today... very stupid because I need some breakfast. Well I barely get out and shop anymore so our fridge is getting more and more empty. Well... we have a bread machine ;)... so I took it out this morning, added some ingredients and now I'm waiting for it to be done so I can have my freshly made bread. That's so cool and much simpler for me than packing the baby up and go grocery shopping. I think I'm gonna go out shopping tonight though. Getting prepared for the weekend. Ok, time to feed the baby...
