I'm the boss ;)She found the one corner we didn't have to worry about until today ;)... time to relocate the tools to a baby safe place ;). Everything she can make music with is cool... bang bang...

No news really

Nothing is really happening around here... we're finally back to all being healthy again. We got lots of snow overnight again after all the snow from last storm just melted away on THU. Another heavy moist white winter wonderland and stuck in the house :(. I can only stay inside 2-3 days max! The 3-4th day I'm starting to go insane and have to get out ASAP.

The baby inside of me is doing fine I guess... it made me feel sooo sluggish a few weeks ago but since the sick days we had here I feel good and sexy again *lol*. I miss my walking and bowflex training a lot!!! Right now I'm looking into another stroller for baby and toddler so I can continue my walks... I can't have a slow walking toddler while doing my workout so I have to have the possibility to have a stroller where I can sit them both in it so I can take my walk and Zoe can walk around before or after ;). Also it helps a lot to have the opportunity to put her into the stroller as well when she gets tired if we're out somewhere etc. Always good to have options. This stroller research is totally driving me insane. The other night all I was dreaming about was this stroller and I had to get up because it was driving me nuts. But I know what I want and now just have to wait a little until I purchase it since it's way to early now and first we have to make sure there is only one baby inside of me ;)...

The baby outside my belly aka: Zoe is doing great. Eats a lot and enjoys playing and gets into everything that is not safe or glued to something *lol*.

Saturday I was at a ladies night out! We had fondue at one of the ladies' places. It was fun but I really miss my good old German friends... I also noticed that I'm always out with Zoe and so rarely out just by myself. I don't even know what to do with myself anymore! VERY SAD!!! I constantly think I have to take care of somebody... it's pretty crazy! I don't know if that's a normal 'mommy thing' or if it's just me going nuts and becoming boring *scary thought*...

Since we all were sick I forgot to post this video I took last week. Zoe felt better SA already and then on Sunday night Frank got the stomach flu which made him cancel his trip and TUE morning I started to feel horrible... but that was probably the baby since I didn't throw up like the other two but felt nauseous all day and even the WED I didn't have my strength back. I'm still struggling but at least I can manage to take care of Zoe again.

Here some random pics... at mom's group with the babies all her age (we meet once a week). Zoe loved Scarlett's play table a lot!On Thursday we went to the mall to meet with some other friends for a play date and Zoe was right away in the bunch of kids. She tried climbing up the things as well... but she realized quickly that she still wasn't big enough for that... a few more months ;). But she loved being in the crowd, standing up like a big girl, commanding the other kids *lol*
Yesterday unfortunately Zoe got very sick... she started throwing up around 5PM and continued until around 1030PM. Nothing stayed down until we stopped trying because even water made it's way back out. She slept for very good 7-8 solid hrs during the night and when she woke up at 630AM she was soooo thirsty... I had troubles keeping my water away from her until I was downstairs in the kitchen because I didn't wanna risk it, having her throwing up everything on the stairs.

And she DRANK man ;)... and it stayed all inside *YEAH*... she's great... even though she was so sick she was very quiet and did very well. I'm so glad she decided being that sick when Frank was back home. It was much easier to take care of her with two people with all the cleanup and bed changing we had to do quite some times.

Here a little shot of Zoe taking her first nap today, she ate already her rice cereal and a little bread... now she's trying to take her second nap... or better I try for her to sleep ;)

Zoe's 1st Birthday

Today we started Zoe's 1st Birthday by greeting her in her crib together. She was very confused to see us BOTH and thought something was wrong *hihi*... then we went off to celebrate Max's 1st Birthday with a German breakfast. Here our two birthday buddies: Max and Zoe, one year old today:We'll have a coffee cake session later today with Zoe's friends. A few bailed out already, not surprising for me... I'm already used to it *sad looking*. Everything is decorated nicely (will make pics later when the other cakes come), cakes are ready to be eaten... we're just waiting on Frank coming back home and to welcome our guests... it's gonna be a blast. Now I hope Zoe is taking a nap... it sounds more like 'destroying her crib' but oh well, maybe I can get her to nap at least for a little.

Zoe is so clever already and can 'communicate' with us!

Frank is watching Zoe today and after lunch she was crawling around, grabbing her bibb and her pacifier and was sitting in front of the stairs/gate waiting for Frank to open it up so she can crawl up the stairs to go into her room and take a nap!

I always put her down right away for her nap after lunch and since today nobody brought her up right away, she let Frank now it's nap time! Too funny!

Well, now she's talking and doesn't wanna sleep... but that's normal as well ;). At least we've been to bed for 5 min and now we can continue playing around *lol*.
