Krabbelgruppe

Today in the morning we went to the german Krabbelgruppe (crawling group). We sing german songs with the kids and then eat some healthy snacks and then play time :).





After nap time we went to our american music class. You can see our week always starts very music heavy :)

After dinner we went grocery shopping and unfortunately the sun glasses were in Zoe's eye area!!! So she needed to get some. But it's good at the other hand since the sun is always so bright... she even went to bed with them!!! When I went into her room to tug her in again before I went to bed, she was still wearing the glasses *lol*

I can't believe it!!!!! They grow too fast... Henry is always hungry it seems *lol*... I guess a typical boy. At least I have no problems feeding him solids anymore... all of a sudden he just started eating anything I gave him and he's demanding a lot of it too... my little boy

On SAT morning I went with the kids to the story time at Barnes & Noble. They read some books and sometimes a character comes and the kids love that...

And Zoe was scared of the dog but excited at the same time...

These kids and their hands in their mouth :(... I don't know what to do... I try to get Zoe off the pacifier at least during the day and then she puts her hands in her mouth which our pediatrician doesn't like at all and encourages me to give her the pacifier :(. She seems to be much more into her paci/ blanket and baby lately than I want her to...

AND... my little munchkin ;(... he's growing way too fast :(... he needs to be in a highchair now because he can get out of the bumbo that we used to feed him in... yesterday he almost fell out of it, I caught him just in time... that was a wake up call for me to finally to the switch. I had Janos here yesterday while Silke had to be on a contraction reader for a while... he likes his new highchair and Zoe doesn't like it at all that he's using 'her' highchair ;)... but she's so sweet with sharing with Henry most of the times I'm sure she's gonna be fine sooner or later.

Kitchen Makeover Part 1

Ok, here some pics from our new kitchen... here was before, just when we moved it... our appliances were black

and now we have 'stainless steel' (don't know what it is in German)...

The kitchen was originally this brown color that you can see on this cabinet, we bought it extra and it's going to get painted next week or so to match the rest of the kitchen. The whole kitchen was in brown but before we moved in we had somebody painted it white

Zoe is still taking her baths in her baby tub! Yes, you won't believe it but it's true. As you can see in this video she's just not liking the big tub... but today we finally made it happen that she sat down so I could bath both kids at the same time ;).

Today is a chilling sunday, well... Not really if you have to go grocery shopping with both ;) but at least you can take your time and now we'll have hopefully nap time and tonight the baby sitter comes and Frank and I will go over to our next door neighbors and enjoy a nice home made dinner without kids ;)

Chilling

My little Cutiepie... he's getting cuter every day and is always smiling :)

Zoe is getting sooo big :(... and her little baby doll is her little friend... he has to come with her everywhere (naked *lol* - poor guy) and she's feeding him and taking care of him... and boy he even has stinky diapers *lol*

We were at IKEA yesterday to kill some hours while we got some of the new appliances delivered... TUE is 'kids eat free' and they had a play area of the stuff they're selling, it was a win win situation :)
