Offer worked out... our potential new home
On Wednesday night we quickly took a look into this wonderful house and put in an offer. This was already on the market and we just missed it last time. But luckily for us the deal didn't go through because the bidder couldn't get his money straight. That was very good for us, because we had a chance to put in an offer and it has been accepted as well. We are looking into a closing date of Sept., 30th.
