Other houses that we looked at seem to drop their prices already :). So maybe we should just wait until school starts again, when families don't want to move anymore and then there'll be a great deal for us.
... but first... we're going to wait for the colorful house to get accepted or rejected! Wish us luck :)

Wow, they really let you wait. You never know what it's good for. Maybe you are supposed to wait because something else turns out to be better... you never know. Good Luck!
