It just hit me the other day that I barely have video footage of this cute little talking Henry :(. I think I take enough pics but these moments will never come back and I need to do more videos again to capture all this cute talking and interacting that you cannot show via pictures ;)... enjoy these little crazy ones:

Detroit Kid City in Southfield, MI
'The Room with a View' :) - there is a song I was just thinking about... I really enjoy this winter wonderland when I eat my breakfast, starring out the window and enjoying this white blanket. Streets are great outside so we're out and about like crazy people again *lol*. This is much needed since the kids really had a bad cabin fever (Decke auf den Kopf gefallen) on the weekend. It was time to break out again and have fun. Zoe even asks me now every morning where we are going today. And if we didn't go anywhere and Daddy comes home and we have dinner... Zoe says: "Well Daddy, we didn't go anywhere today" *lol*... she's too funny... love that little munchkin
Henry wasn't eating his oatmeal anymore while Zoe is still digging it so I make Henry a fruit bowl each morning as well (just like I eat but a smaller version of it)... he LOVES it.Detroit Kid City. A place that opened in 2013 or so I think... I have never been but we checked it out yesterday. It's a farther drive so not really something I would go to again specially with that proud admission price of $10 / child. I'd rather go to the other places I already know and the kids love just as much ;). I love though how many different places they have here in Michigan for the kids. It's really a great state. Yesterday morning the drive was soooo beautiful. All the trees were covered in white due to the cold and frost and snow. It was just like a picture... amazing... I soaked it in as much as I could. Everybody here is so sick of the snow. Frank said I'm the only one still enjoying this weather. Well, at least one :)...
My little munchkin and his cookie. That was the first thing he requested ;). And he sneaked some of Zoe's cookie as well... hahaha...

My Urban Toddler
Due to sickness and Snow Day we missed two Music Classes so it was time to schedule a 'makeup' class this morning at My Urban Toddler which always is very nice because it comes with free entry to My Urban Toddler :)...
SNACK time... they're always hungry!
Our Winter Wonderland today :)

More Snow
It seems to be one of the original Michigan Winters here this year :)... at least from what I heard from back then. We just got another couple of inches of snow on the weekend. I don't know what other kind of food would be a perfect fit for such days than a real nice crock pot dish like this one: BBQ Rips :)... YUM...
Zoe waiting for Oma to come online and chat with her :)Date Night Out... look how high the snow piled up in the parking lot of Walmart... crazy :)
Zoe's Sacher Torte as her Birthday Cake incl. Rainbow Sprinkles (as requested)
Today at the Henry Ford Museum. It was 'Macy's Day'... lots of fun stations for the kids to play and do different things. Even better than just the Museum and that is already lots of fun for them. What a great thing that I did get the membership this year.
The Jungle Gym. I met another baby sitter - interviewed her. I've met with three young great Ladies who I all like a lot. Christian already baby sat and it was a big success, the kids love her and even ask for when she comes back?! I think it couldn't have been any better than this :). But I'd like to have a couple numbers just so I have a little 'network' that I can call in case one is not available.

Zoe's 4th Birthday
Can't believe that little girl is already 4 years old now :(... time really flies. And on the other side I cannot believe that I have been staying at home for 4 years and not had her in day care or pre school yet?! I'm crazy *lol*
I have a really hard time starting her with pre school... checking out all the options and calculating and I still haven't made up my mind which school will be the best for her. While the Elementary school I have picked out already ;). That's way easier but maybe only because it's further away and not right around the corner ;). It's time to let go and have her start school (Kindergarten).
Here some pics of our amazing Birthday Girl... we had a lot of fun and party will follow on the weekend.
Chocolate Chip Pancakes for Breakfast and Parmesan Cheese Risotto for Dinner (Zoe's wishes)
Henry Ford Museum (her wish as well). Henry didn't even wanna be in the stroller one time... he was so excited to see HIS Shoo Shoo Trains ;)
Changing Oil Fluids, Tires and checking out the car
Chocolate Ice Cream... of course she had a big tummy ache at the end of the day but oh well... it's her birthday we can go a little chocolate crazy on this special day :)
The next day we got another couple of inches (I think 8 inches - about 15cm) more snow on top of what we still had plus our subdivision is a sheet of ice so we have to drive very careful. Frank is hating it and can't wait for it to be spring I guess while the kids and I really enjoy this winter wonderland.
Isn't this an amazing pictu
