Fleetwood Mac and Toledo Zoo

We're hosting a Halloween Party on the weekend so our house is starting to look spooky :)... hahaha

WED Night Frank and I went out with friends to see Fleetwood Mac. We had the tickets since March/April and I was sooo looking forward to this concert. Then the week finally arrived and the DAY finally arrived and we were on the road to the Palace in Auburn Hills to see Fleetwood Mac LIVE! It was soooo COOL, they were amazing. So much talent. We were all very ver pleased with the concert and had an amazing time. We were in bed by 1am *lol* but so worth it...

Hardcore Rona... after only 4 hrs of sleep I took the kids to the Toledo Zoo the next day to do trick or treat at the 'Little Boo at the Zoo' event. We had an amazing time. Zoe was the only 'Anna' we have seen but we saw a couple of 'Elsa' and she was so cute, she always went up to the 'Elsa' she saw and wanted to talk with them. But there was one in particular that was not getting it... oh well... they loved seeing all the dressed up kids and mentioning the characters and funny outfits. It was an amazing day...

Greenfield Village

Sunday it was a little cold but so sunny and beautiful. A perfect day to spend outside and explore. We went to the Greenfield Village and took Ulla with us to show her all the fun during the day time :). And I have to admit even though I have a membership for a year now and I have been there soooo many times since... I haven't even seen anything really! We only see the things that interests the kids of course but this time we went and really saw some amazing things and I enjoyed it a lot!

Afterwards we were in for a treat :). Adelheid invited us all over for dinner which I truly enjoyed! I wasn't aware of how much I was looking forward to not cooking that night (even though I LOVE cooking) and not doing any dishes or cleaning up the kitchen *lol*. And then after dinner I took the little ones home with me and Adelheid took the Girls with her to a hunted house theme park kinda thing... I was sooo happy they got to go with somebody since I couldn't do anything like that... it would freak me out *lol*... But they got to see it :).

Fall Fun Days

Some inspection pics of a 'booboo' (Wehwechen) on her cheek we didn't know where it came from. 

And the little man busted his lip a little so we took a pic so he can see it himself. But it was only swollen for a night and was gone the next day. Nothing major.

Let's begin reporting about the fun we had. Last THU we went to the zoo with the kids. Adelheid, Jen and Michaela joined us with their kids and we had a blast.

On FR after we picked up all the girls from school we went to the Three Cedars Farm to adventure the corn maze, go on a hay ride and pick our pumpkin for carving... eat some cider and donuts and enjoy a great afternoon together. We had an amazing time

We even found all the needed stations in order to attend the drawing for some prizes :)... maybe we win something :)

Henry and Zoe did a great job pulling the pumpkins to the car.

Harvest Fest

On Saturday we went with Adelheid to the Harvest Fest in Belleville and we had a great time:

Don't ask me but Henry wanted to ride the horse instead of the smaller version - the pony! But ok... I guess he's going to be up for big things one day :). He rode it like a champ

2 weeks ago we were shopping around and looking for ideas for 'Spirit Week' for Jenny in school and Zoe discovered this 'Anna' dress from the movie frozen. For 2 weeks she went on and on about this dress so yesterday we finally got it with some addtl. discounts I found :). Of course the next day she started to tell me she wants to buy another princess... this is getting ridiculous... I'm at a point where I don't want to buy anything anymore for the kids because it seems they don't appreciate it and it's never enough anyway or is that normal? I told her to start writing a list for Santa because this is it for now. 

Halloween at Greenfield Village
