Splash Park

Today it was the first time Henry got a taste of the water as well... 

The water was a little too cold for him to 'enjoy' it... just like Zoe was in the beginning ;)

Zoe had a blast and afterwards we met with Frank at Ruby's Tuesday and had steak for dinner :)

Independent Boy

Here a few interpretations ;)... 'having a carrot', or 'this is how we carry things around while crawling'

Zoe is so clever... she puts stuff on the stairs so Henry can't get to them.... yet... just wait ;). And then she encourages him to come up... oh well... sooner or later he'll go up and down as he wishes ;)

He's so happy about being able to crawl around. You put him down in the morning and first thing... play room... he crawls wherever he wants to and plays independently. He's just like Zoe... some toys and he's keeping himself busy for quite some time... EASY KIDS

The Cat in the Hat - Story Time

After throwing up all night until 10PM, Zoe finally found some peace and could get a very good night sleep. This morning she got up and as if nothing has happened... kids are amazing, they just bounce back to their normal self so quickly! 

Since she was feeling good we went to story time at Barnes & Noble and out of all books, this is what she came back with:

She was very excited about it and was eager to get back home to Daddy and Henry to tell them about it. After the story time we quickly stopped at the grocery store and by the time we got home, she forgot already the name of: 'The cat in the hat'... the very delicious roll was way more interesting at that time *lol*

Guys Night Out

I can pull myself up... look...

... ok, only almost... but wait ;)

... and yet we found another way of going shopping... it's getting more deluxe every time but I think this is it... we can't get more than that. 

Henry is chillen, Zoe has easy access to sitting or walking and her little shopping cart has space to be tied onto as well... it's too funny... almost as if we're going camping *lol*. And of course Ms Zoe gets her bagel she's chewing on during the shopping trip.

Tonight is 'Guys Night Out' for the subdivision. It's funny that I have to organize a guys night out for them. But ok, if that's what it takes, it's not much to it but the guys are having a blast. Today they rode in style, picked up by our neighbor Bryon in his boat from the dock at our park they rode over the 'Johnny's on the Lake' Restaurant where they have the guys night :).

Zoe also wanted to go on the boat ride... she was very upset she couldn't go

Meanwhile I'm back home... and somehow Zoe caught a tummy bug or something. She threw up at the park already and now in bed twice :(... hope she can sleep now and don't have to throw up again. 

Jungle Java with Kaitlyn and Owen

Our THU morning play date with Kaitlyn and Owen... Henry is on the go. I figured once he starts crawling I'll be in so much trouble since 'both' kids are moving but come to find out it's not as crazy as I thought it would be. Well, Henry is a very well behaved little guy and won't leave me out of his sight anyways *lol*... so that's my little safety vest right there
