As you know... I was out bowling with my neighbor and my little angel was just sooo great, first he just looked around and then he fell asleep for the rest of the time, even though there was loud music and disco lights... it was so much fun. I'm planning a ladies' night out there with our subdivision in January :).

He's starting to 'talk'... it's the cutest thing ever... when he sees me his eyes just light up... it's awesome :)

30th Surprise Birthday Party

Yes, you read it correct... my most amazing husband pulled off a total surprise birthday party for me. Even my friends from Chicago arrived to celebrate with me and I had no clue at all. I was out bowling with my neighbor and had a blast, was looking forward to a relaxing Saturday afternoon. I was planning on going to the car wash after the bowling but Frank already told me not to because it'll get messy again anyways... (but I was planning on going anyways) and then my neighbor Delores said also when we left the bowling place that that wouldn't be a clever pick to do right now with the weather and then she told me she's just gonna follow me home (we met at the bowling place since she just finished her work next door)... darn it I thought... now I have to go home straight and I was planning on getting my car washed and maybe stop here or there... but now I was stuck going home... well... ok... I guess... so I went home and right away my hubby came into the garage offering me to carry Henry in (mentioning my back pain)... well... he has back pain too so I told him ... 'nooo, don't worry... your back is not better either'.

Henry needed a diaper change so I was about to get him out of the car seat (I have the changing station in the laundry room (between garage and living room) and right away getting him changed because he needed to be fed now and Frank offered again to take care of him, getting him out: 

Me: 'No, I'm gonna take care of him, I'm fine... he needs to be fed anyways'

Frank: 'No, I can take care of him'

Me: 'Babe, he has a poopy diaper'

Frank: 'No problem, I change him'

Me: 'What's WRONG with you???'

Because that just was totally not normal that Frank offers to change Henry's poopy diaper!!! But again I still had no idea that anything was going on... I was totally relaxed had a blast bowling and was just focusing on getting Henry changed and fed asap. 

Well... and then Frank said: 'I just want you to go inside'... and then he pushed me into the living room I think... and I was just in shock!!! I would've NEVER EVER thought in a million years that Frank would ever throw me a birthday party since he's not really celebrating it. But he knew how much it meant to me and secretly planned for over 2 months with my friends this whole thing. Unbelievable!!!
