Zoe's Room Project

We're approaching the last week of July and the fair with the 4H show is about to start... here we're helping setup the cages and getting everything ready

Oh I've been waiting for this day for 8 years... you cannot imagine how excited I was... or maybe you can ;)... here we go... paint is one the wall...

next we assembled Zoe's new loft bed to give her more room

 Voila... the room looks so amazing... I want it :)...

Continuing July

Going back I remembered how crazy busy July was!!! Holy Moly!!!

Henry and Zoe starting making their own eggs in the morning. Teaching them a few more cooking skills which is fun.

The kids went to the german farm (Bauernhof) twice a week now to prepare for their 4H show at the end of July. It was a lot of driving back and forth but I got a few hours in to do some work or get stuff done without the kids which was nice.

Then we decided to paint Zoe's room FINALLY... and the kids got their own house keys

Isn't that pretty? Our subdivision entrance is really pretty this year... I love entering and exiting it and enjoying the wonderful colors.

Somebody was REALLY hungry so she helped to speed up the process ;)

July 2017

We had some great summer days but I have to say not really crazy hot ones like we're used to... it was a 'mild' summer

It was time to say Goodbye already on July 5th :(... Henry wasn't happy at all and neither were we

I tried to keep the kids really occupied that day to not remind them of Dustin being gone already

Toys 'r us is always a fun place to shop... and we always find fun stuff *lol*

We attended lots of birthday parties too

had awesome play dates

or just went shopping alone and spending some quality time together

Zoe and Henry are practicing making their hair by themselves now... they're getting big!!!

I think we've done all our shopping now :)... we've taken a trip to Frankmuth again and the kids are in love with that city as well :).  We had a great time shopping and I finally found some new gym shoes :) 

and a new dress :)

A storm is brewing...

Dustin showed Henry how to style his hair. Henry LOVES it and I have to learn it now too ;)... he's very particular about his hair.
