Well... I never liked these Tornadoes since they come out of nowhere and you barely have a chance to prepare like a Hurricane that develops... Today I didn't even know we had a warning issued since funny enough we don't have any sirens here where we live, every part around us has them just we don't hear them :(. Luckily I checked Facebook and saw one of my friends posting the tornado warning and she lives in the city next to me. So I downloaded a tornado warning app and there we go... the phone went off every 5 minutes. The first tornado warning was issued for further up north (15 min) but then another one pop up and I took the kids and went downstairs into the basement for a good hour or so. And come to find out there was a tornado over us however it never touched down to cause any damages or worse... so glad I didn't know about that at the time I was in the basement.
